Shipping Policy
We currently offer flat rate shipping on most of our orders through USPS. In rare cases, larger orders may incur additional shipping costs than are outlined at checkout. In this case, you will be contacted prior to order fulfillment.
Refunds & Returns Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Completed workshops
- Custom request items
- Sale or Last Call items
There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any of the items listed above as non-returnable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@queen-bead.com to receive prior authorization for an exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The Returns Process
To return an item, contact us for prior authorization for a return by sending a request to returns@queen-bead.com. Please include your order number found on the receipt, along with a description of the item and reason for return. If approved, we will provide all instructions for processing the return.
You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs paid at time of purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your account to see if refund is posted or in pending status. You can also check with your financial institution on their timelines for posting refunds as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
